Job Title: Window Installation Crew Lead Pay Range: $25-$30+ per hour, plus performance bonuses and trip incentives ABC Seamless, a leader in residential remodeling and exterior solutions, is seeking an experienced Window Installation Crew Lead to join our Field Operations team. As a Window Foreman, you'll lead window and door installation projects, ensure top-notch craftsmanship, and deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers. You'll supervise a small crew, maintain quality standards, and be the on-site face of our company. Founded on the values of craftsmanship, reliability, and family, ABC Seamless specializes in seamless siding, windows, doors, gutters, and roofing solutions for residential customers. Lead and supervise one or more employees on window and door installation projects. Perform hands-on installation of windows, doors, and trim to meet company standards. Use metal brake equipment to wrap windows accurately and professionally. Read and interpret project specifications and customer requirements. Ensure safety compliance on every job site, including use of required equipment. Communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide excellent service and resolve issues. Maintain job site cleanliness and organization. Track project progress, report updates to management, and complete required documentation. Train and mentor new installers or apprentices to build their skills. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing windows, doors, and trim. Experience using a metal brake to wrap windows. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers. High school diploma or GED required.
