Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and make a significant impact on the lives of New Yorkers. In this role, you'll develop action plans, provide case management, and connect clients with essential resources while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans for client care
Conduct community contacts and evaluations
Provide case management and counseling
Identify and facilitate client referrals
Perform home visits to assess living conditions
Establish community linkages for client support
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group or 5 years as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
