Job Description
Join Faithful Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide meaningful 1:1 care to patients in their homes. Enjoy flexible schedules and a supportive environment focused on compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled nursing services in-home including wound care, med administration, diabetes care, post-surgical care, injections, and more
Work 1:1 with patients, building trust and rapport over time
Collaborate closely with the care team and the patient's physician
Keep clear, accurate documentation and comply with DOH standards
Required Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Pennsylvania
CPR-certified
Able to travel locally with your own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home health or long-term care
