Job Description
Intuit is looking for Tax Experts to assist customers in navigating tax complexities during the tax season. This remote role allows you to leverage your tax expertise to help clients while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers to customers
Use video communication software to interact with customers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to obtain internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
