Job Description
Join Arrow Senior Living as a Regional Culinary Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the culinary experience for residents. This full-time position involves training, auditing, and compliance oversight to ensure high-quality culinary services across communities.
Key Responsibilities
Work onsite as needed to ensure the success of culinary departments
Provide regular audits of documentation and skills for compliance
Deliver education and training for culinary initiatives
Ensure effective communication of programs and initiatives
Support communities to comply with regulations and company standards
Collaborate with community and culinary leadership teams for training and performance evaluation
Conduct site visits and provide guidance to culinary directors
Step into open culinary director positions as needed
Provide staffing support during crises
Submit regular reports to culinary leadership and community teams
Required Qualifications
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Be in good health, and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
Demonstrates freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis
Has a current Adult First Aid card
At least three (3) years of total experience in senior housing or a related field
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and competency in leadership, training, and supervision
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Completion of formal culinary, food service or restaurant training or equivalent supervisory experience
Computer literacy sufficient for Microsoft Word and Excel
