SAIIA Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee Civil and Construction projects. This role demands expertise in managing project requirements while ensuring high-quality, safe, and profitable completion, with an emphasis on Heavy Civil Construction or CCR experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
Experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating contract changes
