Join Crash Champions as a Collision Estimator and be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional service in vehicle repairs. You will educate customers, manage repair processes, and ensure quality standards while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures
Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation
Manage repair processes and ensure quality standards
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle
Handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions

Customer Service Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Good time management
Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC one preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
