Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 18:00

Rate: $76 - $84/hr

We are seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help us give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities affected by substance use disorder.

The Role:

As a provider with Ideal Option, you will join our fight against the opioid crisis, helping patients through some of their darkest moments and aiding them in reclaiming their lives. You will witness the positive impact we make across communities. Responsibilities include:

1. In-office assessments to determine suitability for office-based buprenorphine therapy
2. Taking patient history, including present illness, medical history, medications, and allergies
3. Performing review of systems and physical examinations
4. Establishing diagnoses and treatment plans
5. Referring patients for counseling
6. Co-signing patient charts daily
7. Inducing patients onto buprenorphine and managing dose titration
8. Monitoring for side effects
9. Conducting follow-up and maintenance evaluations
10. Assessing ongoing patient status on buprenorphine
11. Performing periodic clinical evaluations
12. Interpreting lab data
13. Utilizing telehealth communication appropriately

Minimum Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Advanced Nursing or PA-C license

• Active DEA license
