The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Sales Coordinator to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. In this role, you will partner with clients, guests, and our food and beverage teams to create and execute events for our guests at Nova Guides. You will also work closely with the Human Resources team at Nova Guides to ensure associates participate in the necessary training and development that helps them to be successful in their roles.

What will you do?
- Responding to inquiries and convert leads into site tours, bookings for weddings, corporate events, and group activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, local community, and ensuring a seamless planning process from inquiry to execution.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional packages and campaigns to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and contracts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast data for leadership review.
- Assist in budgeting and pricing strategies for event and adventure offerings.
- Promote and sell ATV and Side-by-Side adventure packages for group outings and corporate retreats.
- Work closely with couples, event planners, and corporate clients to customize event details.
- Must a have valid driver's license
More about you
- 2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or outdoor recreation industries.
- Strong knowledge of wedding and corporate event planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and booking platforms.
- Passion for outdoor activities, including ATVs and off-road adventures.
- Must a have valid driver's license

Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction. Delaware North Team Members receive 50% off on meals on workdays, and 20% off retail shop items. Twice yearly, enjoy Free Family Day, offering free access to Jeeps, Snowmobiles, and Side-by-Sides.
