Job Description
Join CHS Inc as a Store Manager at our Cenex® Zip Trip location in Bozeman, MT. This full-time role will empower you to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage store operations while enjoying flexible scheduling and numerous growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operation of a retail store, providing guidance and training to employees
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Greet and assist customers professionally
Address and resolve customer complaints
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Complete and balance paperwork and deposits
Set an example for employee compliance with company policies
Create attractive merchandise displays
Monitor activity for theft or dishonesty
Authorize gas station pump payments
Enforce credit policy
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills
Previous experience in a team lead or leadership role
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
Ability to work on computers with MS Office Suite
High level of product knowledge in convenience store products, livestock or equine products, lawn and garden supplies, hardware, fencing, pet feed & supplies or related retail knowledge
