Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
Support direct reports in operational roles
Manage revenue, labor, and COGS
Coordinate with culinary lead for quality checks and menu changes
Maintain food and beverage menus and promotional materials
Manage timecards and payroll compliance
Ensure compliance with liquor control certifications
Recruit, coach, and support team members
Create weekly schedules and manage inventory
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
Bartending and serving experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Food Handler's Certification
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Host/Hostess
Using OpenTable and managing waitlists/reservations
Experience as a Food Expeditor
