Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through performance discussions
Service and mitigate risk on customer accounts
Drive new growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to travel 25-50% within the market
Experience in managing multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in technology and mobile applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
