Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and direct patient care
  • Define and drive health outcome initiatives
  • Collaborate in the development of clinical and administrative strategies
  • Identify trends and patterns via data analysis
  • Present data/medical findings for client meetings
  • Develop and drive adherence to health center goals
  • Lead and motivate medical providers
  • Participate in development of clinical and administrative policies
  • Establish consistent communication mechanisms
  • Ensure overall responsibility for patient care
  • Conduct histories, physical exams, and prescribe treatment
  • Evaluate effectiveness of medical care
  • Coordinate continuing educational opportunities for staff
  • Assist with hiring decisions for physicians
  • Evaluate, train, and mentor site physicians and staff
  • Perform annual evaluations of physicians and providers

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified in Family Practice
  • 7-10 years minimum in Family Practice
  • Current state and federal DEA certification
  • Current certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support
  • Minimum 5 years medical management/leadership experience
  • Knowledge and experience with outcomes based health initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of economic trends in medicine
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state
