Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor where you'll help customers navigate their auto loans while maintaining positive relationships. This role involves collecting payments, negotiating plans, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success in vehicle ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate, negotiate with, and build relationships with customers
Utilize company resources to assist customers unable to make timely payments
Monitor and ensure regular follow up on all loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans and modifications
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
