Job Description

Join E-Therapy as a Speech-Language Pathologist and make a meaningful impact on K-5 students' communication skills. Collaborate with educators and parents to provide essential therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, phonology, and language skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support communication goals
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Document therapy sessions and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Current ASHA certification
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school or pediatric setting
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
  • Experience with assistive technology in speech-language therapy
