Base pay range
$79,488.00/yr - $139,680.00/yr
Job Summary:
- The registered nurse is accountable for the delivery and supervision of safe, quality care that is individualized for their assigned patients and follows the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- She/He is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients in populations and ages as assigned.
- The registered nurse accepts and promotes professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
- She/He will assess, analyze, customize, coordinate, and communicate the patient's plan of care and activities collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team, including families and/or significant others as appropriate.
- She/He will direct, delegate, and manage the care delivered by colleagues and subordinates.
- The registered nurse performs all duties in a manner that respects and supports the family-centered care model.
- Collegial and collaborative care will reflect the philosophy of the Division of Nursing, the Mission, and Core Values.
Other Information:
- Working Shift Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift.
- Up to $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
