Job Description
Join Boeing as a Manufacturing Engineer - Producibility, where you'll ensure aircraft parts are designed and produced efficiently. Collaborate with teams to optimize manufacturability and lead cross-functional projects, making a significant impact in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop executable plans with programs on schedules and design/build approaches
Train and instruct designers on designing structural parts with producible features
Provide producibility input to design and manufacturing processes
Assist suppliers on performance issues related to structural parts
Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses
Lead Integrated Product Teams in analyzing product development
Resolve complex technical problems
Document and communicate producibility best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
9 or more years of related work experience for Level 4 or 14 or more years for Level 5
5 or more years of experience in metallic machine parts, non-metallic, composite, tubes and ducts, castings and forgings, or sheet metal
