Key Responsibilities
Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for ARC and CARE animals
Ensure high-quality, low-stress patient care

Required Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in people management
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Comfort with humane euthanasia decisions
Fear Free certified within 6 months of hire
Master’s or PhD degree in animal Behavior or related discipline (non-veterinarian candidates)
DVM degree from AVMA accredited veterinary school with NY State veterinary license (veterinarian candidates)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing/overseeing research projects
Experience writing scientific publications for peer-reviewed journals
