Key Responsibilities
Manage a cross-functional and cross-discipline team of engineers through product development
Provide technical guidance and supervision in meeting project commitments
Develop and document subsystem requirements and test plans
Conduct peer reviews of designs as a subject matter expert
Present to peers, management, and government customers
Conduct root-cause failure investigations
Support multiple programs and collaborate with customers and suppliers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical hardware development, sub-systems, systems engineering, requirement development and/or validation
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with missile guidance electronics subsystems
Project leadership experience
Knowledge of DOD Hardware development process
Experience in Earn Value Management System (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM)
Knowledge of mixed signal electronics
Experience in developing proposals
Knowledge and/or experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
