Job Description
As a Front End Manager at Kennie's Market, you'll lead the Front End Department to ensure exceptional customer service, supervise staff, manage finances, and maintain a safe environment. Join a dynamic team where your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, discipline, evaluate, and audit Front End associates
Maintain and control supply and payroll expenses
Manage planning and scheduling of work at registers
Manage money in store including cash drawers and deposits
Responsible for all accounting functions
Maintain a clean and safe office area
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure proper maintenance of company equipment
Obey all safety standards
Cooperate with other departments for promotions
Adhere to company uniform policy and punctuality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-4 years related experience or training
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to write routine reports
Effective communication skills
Mathematical skills for calculations
Problem-solving abilities
