Job Description

As a Front End Manager at Kennie's Market, you'll lead the Front End Department to ensure exceptional customer service, supervise staff, manage finances, and maintain a safe environment. Join a dynamic team where your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, discipline, evaluate, and audit Front End associates
  • Maintain and control supply and payroll expenses
  • Manage planning and scheduling of work at registers
  • Manage money in store including cash drawers and deposits
  • Responsible for all accounting functions
  • Maintain a clean and safe office area
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure proper maintenance of company equipment
  • Obey all safety standards
  • Cooperate with other departments for promotions
  • Adhere to company uniform policy and punctuality

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years related experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports
  • Effective communication skills
  • Mathematical skills for calculations
  • Problem-solving abilities
