Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and process rentals for loyalty customers
Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and during check-in
Utilize a handheld device for information entry
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
