Job Description

Join Disney Vacation Club as a Sales Support & Services Manager, where you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team, optimize sales operations, and enhance guest experiences both on-site and virtually. This full-time role offers opportunities for leadership and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead various areas of the operation across multiple Sales Centers and virtually
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Operations team
  • Communicate team expectations and evaluate individual contributions
  • Enhance guest experience and optimize resource utilization
  • Implement strategic programs and manage change effectively
  • Collaborate with leaders from Non-Operations departments
  • Manage DVC's presence onboard Disney Cruise Line
  • Oversee virtual event productions
  • Collaborate with operations teams at Walt Disney World Resort
  • Ensure necessary infrastructure for sales operations is in place
  • Direct a transportation team ensuring operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or supporting sales team operations
  • Understanding of the sales process, including customer engagement and conversion strategy
  • Understanding of labor and auditing functionality for managing operational resources
  • Ability to identify, nurture, and invest in talent within the team
  • Capability to lead and supervise Cast performance and drive operational improvements
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusive work environment
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and provide solutions aligning with strategic goals
  • Proficiency in prioritizing and managing projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in facilitating presentations in front of groups
  • Advanced proficiency in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Available to travel and work onboard Disney Cruise Line
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as Guest Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of Walt Disney World policies and procedures
  • Workforce Management Experience
  • Experience with continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in effectively managing vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in using software such as Smartsheet and CRM programs
  • Experience with IT systems to design virtual presentation sessions
