Job Description
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon, you will enhance manufacturing processes and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to drive efficiency, maintain high standards, and ensure product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support daily manufacturing process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
Provide technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Active U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with interpretation of technical documentation
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams or projects
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Strong organization skills
Proven communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
