Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BOH Operations in Quick Service, Full Service and/or Catering environments
  • Maintain food production and quality standards
  • Collaborate on menu concept and implementation
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
  • Plan and oversee seasonal operations
  • Manage labor and inventory effectively
  • Develop direct reports and ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in Food and Beverage meetings

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a kitchen management role
  • Food Allergen Safety Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary degree
  • Diverse background in quick-serve, family style, catering and high-end dining
  • Knowledge of Food Traks inventory management system
  • Experience with online product ordering systems
