MRI Technologist Key Responsibilities: - Perform MRI scans as directed by the radiologist, ensuring high-quality imaging
- Provide comprehensive patient care during MRI visits, ensuring safety and comfort
- Manage scheduling for inpatient requests and answer patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical MRI skills and stay updated with the latest imaging technologies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and healthcare staff
- Take initiative in self-development and contribute to a collaborative learning environment
- Exhibit a strong commitment to the hospital's mission and values
- Implement special procedure technology efficiently in the MR area
- Use administrative skills to support smooth departmental operations
- Provide age-specific care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
MRI Technologist Qualifications: - ARRT Certification in MRI or RT (R) with MRI training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams and co-workers
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
