Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in client care by developing action plans and utilizing community resources. With a focus on individualized support, you'll conduct assessments, provide counseling, and ensure clients receive the services they need.
Key Responsibilities
Functions as a case planner and ensures client care
Develops action plans and utilizes existing resources
Conducts community contacts and home visits
Evaluates clients for individualized treatment programs
Provides individual/group counseling
Performs case management and community outreach
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
