PRN RN Nursery

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments
• Documents patient care given
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family
• Assists patients with daily living activities
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination
• Evaluates and provides patient/family education
• Works as an advocate for patient well-being
• May perform duties of CNA, MA, LPN or other nursing staff
• Attends staff meetings and participates in projects
