Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative intake of members
  • Coordinate requests for services with hospitals, clinics, and clinical teams
  • Process referrals and prior authorizations
  • Assist clinical staff with document preparation for coverage review
  • Resolve inquiries from members and providers
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities with marketing
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Experience with computers and Windows-based programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday with flexibility for 8-hour shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the health care industry or with health care insurance
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a call center
