Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative intake of members
Coordinate requests for services with hospitals, clinics, and clinical teams
Process referrals and prior authorizations
Assist clinical staff with document preparation for coverage review
Resolve inquiries from members and providers
Identify and implement growth opportunities with marketing
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18+ years of age
2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
Experience with computers and Windows-based programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the health care industry or with health care insurance
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience working in a call center
