Key Responsibilities
Supervise schedules, evaluate, train, hire, coach, and develop restaurant and café staff
Ensure proper portioning of food and service standards
Supervise organization and sanitation of dining facilities
Ensure dining staff adheres to safety policies
Participate in resident and employee satisfaction programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience in dining room management
Current applicable food service license or certificate
Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and a large number of employees
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality
Dietetics experience may be substituted for up to one year of experience
