Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assistance to Admitting Staff on evening and night shifts
  • Perform daily rounding of staff to ensure they have necessary support
  • Assist Manager in creating agendas and participate in monthly staff meetings
  • Ensure daily reports for auditing and tracking are addressed
  • Demonstrate professional leadership qualities
  • Act as a mentor for Admission Counselors
  • Assist in training new staff members

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of equivalent health care experience performing Admitting and Registration functions
