Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assistance to Admitting Staff on evening and night shifts
Perform daily rounding of staff to ensure they have necessary support
Assist Manager in creating agendas and participate in monthly staff meetings
Ensure daily reports for auditing and tracking are addressed
Demonstrate professional leadership qualities
Act as a mentor for Admission Counselors
Assist in training new staff members
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of equivalent health care experience performing Admitting and Registration functions
