Key Responsibilities
Safety planning for field operations
Personnel management including setting production, safety, and quality goals
Identify needed resources for job sites
Manage and update work schedules
Contribute to project cost estimates
Report weekly quantities completed
Coordinate equipment acquisitions
Review project progress with the Project Manager
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of field superintendent/management experience in solar and/or wind markets
OSHA 30 Hour
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field
