Job Description

Join Intuit as a Business Tax Filer, where you'll provide expert tax preparation and guidance to customers while working remotely. Leverage your extensive knowledge of tax laws and excellent communication skills to empower clients in completing their business tax returns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file complex business tax returns for clients
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to TurboTax Business customers
  • Interact with customers via video communications software
  • Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries
  • Help customers with tax calculations and filing extensions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business tax preparation experience
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
  • Experience preparing 1065 and/or 1120-S tax returns
  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with service industry business tax returns
