Key Responsibilities
Develop embedded tactical missile flight code via System Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis
Identify, design, and execute studies to evaluate new system capabilities
Define and execute system level performance studies
Lead development of backlogs, plans, and metrics in an agile framework
Provide guidance to train new engineers
Support missile performance analysis and system optimization
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Engineering experience in missile system applications
Experience with simulation-based system level performance evaluation
Experience with MATLAB, C, C++, and/or Object-Oriented design
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of experience with simulation-based system level performance evaluation
3 or more years of experience with MATLAB, C, C++, and/or Object-Oriented design
Experience developing software in a Unix or Linux environment
Experience with flight tests and performance assessments
Results-oriented work ethic
Familiarity with ship system interfaces and integration
