Job Description
Join BCG as a Senior Consultant in Tech Advisory and Delivery, where you'll lead digital transformation efforts, collaborate with diverse teams, and influence clients through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements
Create strategies for digital transformation and win client buy-in
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technology-related challenges
Conduct assessments and deliver recommendations for IT organizations
Lead presentations and facilitate workshops with clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics, or relevant field
4+ years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or project management
Expertise in custom software solutions, eCommerce platforms, cloud platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
Exceptional learning and ramp up skills on IT topics
