Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer complaints and investigate field failures
Drive continuous improvement of product quality
Support suppliers in 8D responses and regular quality resolution meetings
Participate in design reviews and ensure customer quality requirements are met
Monitor consumer reception and sentiment in the field
Lead input tracker meetings with cross-functional teams
Conduct critical analysis on engineering changes
Manage product health reporting and push for continuous five-star experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, quality, product development, human factors engineering, or related field
4+ years of related engineering experience, preferably in a consumer goods company
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities
Excellent oral communication & report writing skills
Ability to be a team player and work independently
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in communicating design verification and validation activities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint a plus
