Key Responsibilities
Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties including standard and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems
Coach and mentor other technicians
Complete all required training and certification courses
Interact with customers to determine nature of complaints
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic tools required
Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
Advanced skilled level repairs including major engine repairs
Ability to perform all T3 tasks
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or Technical Certification
Four or more years of relevant work experience
Valid CDL CLASS A
ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, or ASE Master Mechanic
