Job Description
Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on care, ensuring quality service and community involvement for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services
Split duties between direct support and supervision
Facilitate community involvement
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supervisory roles
Experience in community support services
