Key Responsibilities
Provides general nursing care to patients including administering medications and treatments
Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations
Observes and records patients' conditions and reactions
Educates patients and families on health and wellness
Maintains inventory of medical supplies
Participates in Patient Centered Medical Home Care Team collaborations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN Program
Current licensure in the state of Connecticut
1 year experience working in a medical facility
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with computer scheduling systems (e.g., Meditech, Ntierprise)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
