Job Description

Join SSM Health as a Registered Nurse in the CVICU, where you'll provide exceptional care to patients during their hospital stay. This role involves comprehensive assessments, care coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, all aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment
  • Establish and coordinate a plan of care based on assessment data
  • Provide and document nursing interventions based on assessed patient needs
  • Collaborate with health team members for patient care coordination
  • Administer and document medications accurately
  • Provide patient/family education and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed to work as an RN in the state of Missouri
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
