Required Qualifications

  • Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, USDA-Rural Development, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Residential Property Management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management software)
