Job Description
Join Enterprise Bank & Trust as a Senior Loan Coordinator and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of customer and loan information. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to handle complex loan requests while supporting and training fellow Loan Coordinators. Key Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of the Bank’s credit culture and advises Relationship Managers on deviations from standard practices
Acts as a resource for Relationship Managers on loan operations and processing of loan requests
Completes annual renewals, new loan requests, and monthly reporting tasks independently
Enters customer and loan information into the Bank’s loan origination system with attention to data integrity
Obtains pre-closing documentation requirements
Interacts with clients on collecting data, documents, and general customer service requests
Reviews closed loan packages to ensure compliance with loan policy
Provides guidance and training to other Loan Coordinators
Participates in internal committees and task forces as requested
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to demonstrate flexibility, versatility, commitment and good judgment in a team-oriented environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and other proprietary bank systems
Independent and able to work under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree
Strong knowledge of C&I, CRE, and Consumer lending processes and procedures
Previous exposure to attorney prepared documentation
