Job Description
As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Zaxby's, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support your team. Enjoy a fun work environment with opportunities for advancement and great benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee people, processes, and products during a shift
Set shift goals and assign tasks to team members
Ensure compliance with operational standards and company guidelines
Train and develop team members
Resolve guest complaints and concerns
Manage food production and quality
Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile deliveries
Communicate shift goals and motivate team members
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
