DextroMedical is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Redding, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Call requirements: 2-3 days per week and every other weekend
Shift: Days, 4x10's, 7 AM-7:30 P <
CVOR - Registered Nurse Responsibilities & Duties:
Perform scrub functions including selection and handling of surgical instruments and
supplies
Directly assist the operating physician with surgical tasks (hemostasis, suturing,
wound exposure, patient positioning)
Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for use
Educate patients and families on measures that promote recovery and comfort
Deliver safe and effective perioperative nursing care
Participate in rotational CVOR call coverage (2–3 days/week + every other
weekend)
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current and valid state RN License preferred
Current BLS certificate
Current ACLS certificate
Minimum CVOR RN experience (required)
Two professional references
DCI/BVP
