Key Responsibilities

  • Manage culinary and catering operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop menus for clientele and patients
  • Supervise day-to-day work activities of staff
  • Monitor quality of food presentation and cost control
  • Provide support to Patient Services as required

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management or AA degree with applicable work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or catering
  • Serv Safe Certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event Management experience
