Key Responsibilities
Manage culinary and catering operations
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Develop menus for clientele and patients
Supervise day-to-day work activities of staff
Monitor quality of food presentation and cost control
Provide support to Patient Services as required
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management or AA degree with applicable work experience
3-5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or catering
Serv Safe Certification required
