Job Description
As the Engineering Services Manager for Attractions Maintenance, you will lead a maintenance team responsible for ensuring the operational integrity of Disney's renowned attractions. You'll need to instill a positive mindset in your team while overseeing both mechanical and electrical trades, making this a pivotal role in maintaining the magic of Disneyland.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to attraction engineering services response teams
Establish work schedules, shift assignments, and work prioritization
Ensure customer service and communication to operations teams
Complete projects that achieve client's goals and provide creative solutions
Promote sound troubleshooting processes of multiple ride systems
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
Train Cast Members in applicable laws and regulations
Be active in the field in an attractions environment
Work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
Required Qualifications
Experience establishing a vision for your team that fosters innovation
Experience successful team building
Experience in conveying written and verbal data and analysis
Understanding of diagnostic and evaluation skills
Ability to consolidate multiple sources of information into a cohesive story
Well-developed time management tactics
Demonstrated experience leading a team
Experience in process control & mechanical systems
3+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System
Proficiency in standard office software and mobile devices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with budget and scheduling management
Demonstrated proficiency with MAXIMO
Experience working in a Maintenance / Technical environment
Background in maintenance management
