Job Description

Join Whole Foods Market as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Team Leader, where you will manage a maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead preventive maintenance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team
  • Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • Interview, train, and develop team members

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
  • 12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
  • OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects
  • Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes
