Key Responsibilities
Support residents in attaining independent living skills and individual goals
Assist with daily living activities and advocate on behalf of residents
Document resident interactions and participate in planning events
Travel to off-site meetings and trainings as needed
Required Qualifications
High school degree or HSE
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a Human Services or Community Mental Health setting
