Key Responsibilities
Safety planning for all field operations and activities
Personnel management, including setting production, safety, and quality goals
Identify resources needed for job sites
Manage and update the work schedule
Contribute to monthly cost to complete projects and advise the Project Manager
Report weekly quantities completed
Coordinate equipment acquisitions through Procurement Department
Review progress and performance weekly with the Project Manager
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
5 years of field superintendent/management experience in solar and/or wind markets
OSHA 30 Hour
Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or related field
