Job Description
Join Live Oak Mental Health and Wellness Center as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse - RN and make a real impact on patient care. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.
Serve as an interface between healthcare providers and community support systems.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
