Job Description

Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll manage client accounts and enhance operations through strategic leadership. Drive digital transformation while ensuring client satisfaction and retention in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients
  • Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams and ensure client understanding

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
  • Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
  • Strong performance track record across sales and existing business
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
  • Skill to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the healthcare domain
  • Forecasting and P&L management experience
