Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll manage client accounts and enhance operations through strategic leadership. Drive digital transformation while ensuring client satisfaction and retention in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure client understanding
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role in IT professional services or management consulting
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
Strong performance track record across sales and existing business
Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
Skill to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the healthcare domain
Forecasting and P&L management experience
